Escape games are movie-like scenarios in real life. The basic premise is that you need to solve puzzles (sometimes physically), riddles, and brain teasers in order escape the game in less than 1 hour.

We allow walk-ins from 12-9pm, but that just depends on availability. It’s best to reserve your game in advance to guarantee you get the game and time that you want.

Your goal is to beat the game and escape in less than 1 hour. If you don’t escape in less than 1 hour, then the game ends.

We ask guests to arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled game time. If you show up too late it will cut into your play time. We have to keep a strict schedule (especially on weekends) because there are usually other groups scheduled to play afterwards.

Yes. Everyone who plays needs to sign a waiver, even if you have been here before. If there are children under 14 years old, an adult or temporary guardian should sign for them.

That’s totally fine! We just need at least one person to pay in advance to reserve the game, then everyone else can pay separate either over the phone or in person before the game starts.

All of our games are automatically made private. So that means after you make your booking, strangers cannot join. If you have other friends that want to pay separately, they can pay over the phone or just pay when you come in to play.

We do our best to ensure our games are fun and exciting but still safe. All of our games have been inspected and approved by the City and fire department. We have fail safe locks, sprinkler heads, emergency lights, emergency exit buttons, and employees monitoring your game that can assist you. Some games are a little more physical than others, but in general as long as you can safely walk up and down stairs, you should be fine!

Our games are all family friendly. Children under 14 years old should have a chaperone, and children 5 years or younger are free but need to be accompanied by an adult at all times. The difficulty of the games is scale-able to all ages because we have employees that can give extra clues if needed.

Tickets cannot be refunded however you can reschedule if something comes up. Just call in or stop in and we’ll take care of it.

You can wear whatever you want, but we would suggest something comfortable since you will likely be moving around a lot.

As of right now we focus more on making new games rather than changing games. We periodically make changes or improvements, but typically if you’ve already played the game then you’ll already know the answers if you play it again.

The 4 or more player recommendation is because of either the difficulty of the room or because of a specific puzzle that is more difficult for less than 4 players. On weekends (Fri-Sun) that is a strict rule where you need at least 4 people to book those games ahead of time. If you have less than 4 players you can, however, walk in 30 minutes or so before one of those games is about to start and we will put you in. It’s only that reserving ahead of time for a group under 4 players is not allowed on weekends. You can, however, reserve these ahead of time with under 4 players Mon-Thurs since those days are more open. Just give us a call and we will book it for you!
